By accessing and using the services of the PDFOhlala website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Description of Service
PDFOhlala provides its users with a suite of online tools to manipulate, convert, optimize, and edit PDF files. The service is provided "as is" and subject to availability.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our tools to process illegal documents, child pornography, or documents that infringe on the intellectual property rights of a third party. The publisher, OKI NEXT TECH, reserves the right to block access to any user who does not comply with these rules.
3. Limitation of Liability
Although we strive to provide a high-quality service (accurate conversions, maximum security), we cannot guarantee that the results will be error-free in 100% of cases (especially when converting highly complex PDFs to Word). The use of the service is at your own risk.
4. Applicable Law
These ToS are governed by and construed in accordance with French law. Any dispute relating to the use of the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
